Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Selff, operated by Realgar Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN: 202629986M) (“Selff”, “we”, “us”). By using Selff you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You upload a selfie and a sentence, and Selff generates a transformed image with an insight line. Selff is intended for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not professional advice — not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice — and should not be relied on as such.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to form a binding contract to use Selff.

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You keep all rights in the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, temporary licence to process your photo solely to generate your reading. As described in our Privacy Policy, your photo is deleted immediately after generation, and we do not use uploads to train AI models.

You confirm that you have the right to upload each image — that it is of you, or that you have the consent of everyone shown. Do not upload images of other people without their permission, images of minors, or any content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

Readings are generated by AI and are symbolic and creative by nature. They may be inaccurate, unexpected, or not to your taste, and are provided for entertainment. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, appropriateness or meaning of any output.

Selff offers a limited number of free readings. Additional readings are sold as credit packs, which are digital goods delivered immediately. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you also agree to Stripe’s terms.

Because credit packs are digital content supplied immediately, you acknowledge and request that we begin supplying them at once and, to the extent permitted by law, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once a reading has been generated using a credit. Do not misuse Selff: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service; no uploading of prohibited content; no use that is illegal or infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

The Selff name, brand, interface and underlying software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them beyond using the service as intended.

Selff is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of Selff. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including certain rights of EU/UK consumers.

You may stop using Selff at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

We may update these Terms as Selff evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
